We take pride in our commitment to sustainability, and our packaging reflects this dedication. Our primary packaging is made from environmentally friendly glass, known for its chemical stability and the ability to be endlessly reused. Glass not only preserves the integrity of our products but also reduces our ecological footprint by minimizing single-use plastic waste. To make recycling easier, our labels are designed to be easily removed from the glass bottles, simplifying the recycling process. For secondary packaging, we use cardboard materials that are not only eco-friendly but also fully recyclable. By choosing responsible packaging options, we aim to protect the planet while delivering the quality and effectiveness our customers expect from our products.

Orders and Payment

We usually ship within one to two business days. If you haven’t received your package after five business days, please contact us at info@botaniquedorient.com. We’re happy to help! 🙂

We offer Klarna and PayPal as payment methods, as they are standard providers in German e-commerce and ensure the security of your data. Both providers also offer buyer protection. Additionally, you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by bank transfer. Please note that your order will be shipped only after payment has been received.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping within Germany is €4.99 for standard and €11.99 for express delivery. Shipping to EU countries is €8.99. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping, but we are working on it for the future.

No, unfortunately, as a small brand just starting out, we are currently unable to offer international shipping. We only ship within the EU at the moment and hope to offer international shipping soon.

We typically deliver within 1–3 days in Germany. In rare cases, it might take a bit longer, but we will inform you directly on our homepage! For international orders, delivery may take slightly longer (3–5 days).

Yes, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at support@botaniquedorient.com for more information.

No worries, it happens more often than you’d think! 🙂 Please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone and let us know what needs to be changed or added. In most cases, our system detects an incorrect address and doesn’t ship your order. We would have contacted you shortly if, for example, a house number was missing or a postal code was mistyped.

If your order has already shipped and can’t be delivered, it will be returned to us, and we’ll reach out to you. We’ll be happy to resend it!

Absolutely! 🙂️ For delivery to a Packstation, we need the recipient’s name, their postal number, and the Packstation with location and postal code. The recipient will receive an SMS with a PIN once the package arrives at the Packstation.

In this case, please contact our customer service. We’ll then submit an inquiry to DHL and make sure to find out what happened to your package as soon as possible. Please do not contact DHL yourself—we’ll take care of it for you.
